Building Automation Senior Sales EngineerAre you a motivated sales professional with a passion for technology and building automation systems? Stark Tech is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive profitable growth by promoting and selling high-value, integrated solutions and technology systems to consulting engineers, contractors, and end user customers.What You'll Do:Develop new and retrofit project opportunities for our Integration product lines within your territory.Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and customers to influence design and construction decisions.Deliver complete technology and system solutions that meet customer objectives, code requirements, and profitability goals.Prepare competitive bids, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses to win new business.Conduct impactful sales presentations to engineers, clients, and industry groups.Use CRM tools to track progress, manage opportunities, and communicate effectively with internal teams.Represent Stark Tech at trade shows, product demos, and professional networking events.Collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.What We're Looking For:Strong technical and industry knowledge in building systems and integration.Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Experience presenting to technical and executive audiences.Team-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and mentoring others.
