\*Job Overview\* We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. \*Responsibilities\* - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider - Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team - Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans - Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention \*Experience\* Required: - Proficiency in home community care and acute pain management - Experience in pediatric nursing - Familiarity with long term care, hospice care, and occupational health - Ability to perform IV insertions Nice-to-have: - Knowledge of Epic electronic health record system - Previous experience in travel nursing If you are a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse looking to make a difference in patient care across various healthcare settings, we encourage you to apply.
