What Youll Do:

As a Sales Trainer youll be instrumental in driving the success of our Sales Consultants and Business Development Managers. Youll work alongside the Training Manager to develop and deliver training programs that enable the team to excel meet KPIs and contribute to the growth of the business. Key responsibilities include:

Delivering comprehensive training programs for new hires ensuring they are fully prepared to meet targets and KPIs.

Designing a 12week coaching plan for new team members to help them transition to the Sales Floor successfully.

Identifying individual and team training needs through trend analysis and performance feedback.

Collaborating with the Training Manager and Quality & Compliance Assessor to address training needs.

Developing and updating training materials to ensure they reflect the latest business needs and product updates.

Supporting product rollouts and creating content for our training academy.

Regularly reviewing training impact through data analysis and updating training records.

What our client is Looking For:

At least 2 years of experience in sales training ideally within a B2B environment.

Strong coaching motivational and communication skills.

Proven ability to design and deliver training materials and programs tailored to team and individual needs.

Familiarity with tech or software/SaaS environments is a plus.
