$50,000 Bonus Available for OB/GYN Physicians at our Physician-led OB/GYN Hospitalist program just outside of Dallas, TX
Seeking quality, full-time and part-time, board-certified OB/GYN physicians for an increased staffing model at our physician-led OB/GYN Hospitalist program. Opportunity Highlights:
- New double physician model: 2 OBGYN s on shift at all times for safe, quality patient care
- Competitive compensation and benefits package
- Only (6) 24-hour in-house shifts minimum per month required for full benefits eligibility
- Benefits to include medical, dental, vision, parental leave, and 401k (effective day 1)
- $50,000 Start Date Bonus
- $10,000 Relocation Bonus available, if needed
- Work/Life Balance with 24 days off every month
- Business Expense Reimbursement Account for CME, professional dues, etc.
- TX Medical License and DEA procurement assistance, if needed
- No state or local wage tax in Texas
- Company paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
Opportunity Details:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Annual deliveries: Greater than 4,000
- Level III NICU
- High risk obstetrics training and experience required
- OB/GYN Hospitalist experience preferred
- Flexible scheduling providing excellent work/life balance
Responsibilities include:

- Full-spectrum OBGYN Hospitalist work
