Role Description

The Million Hair is located in California and we're expanding. We're looking for 10 Beauty Sales Reps for a full-time on-site role located in Miami, FL. As a Beauty Sales Rep at The Million Hair, you will play a key role in finding new students to enroll into our in-person master class. In addition, you will need to find top hair salons in Miami or other cities in Florida. Your responsibilities include visiting top hair salons to present and sell our high-quality hair extensions and hair products.


Pay

This role presents a lucrative commission-based sales opportunity, featuring attractive commission rates directly linked to the successful enrollment of students in our master class or the acquisition of bulk product orders by salons for resale. Qualifications

  • No degree required.
  • Have to physically be able to go and visit hair salons.
  • 1 year of sales experience preferred, and a plus if sales experience in the beauty industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work well
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or during special events
