Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Analyze data to identify potential growth areas, emerging markets, and strategic partnerships.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):

  • Assist in evaluating potential acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams during due diligence processes.
  • Prepare financial models and valuation analyses.

Business Development:

  • Identify and assess new business opportunities, joint ventures, and partnerships.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry players.
  • Support negotiations and deal structuring.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of long-term corporate strategies.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide insights based on market research.

Financial Analysis:

  • Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Evaluate investment proposals and assess their alignment with company goals.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and memos for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of corporate development activities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

100k-120k base salary + bonus
