The Medical Lab Technologist will report directly to the Laboratory Manager and work closely with a team of laboratory professionals, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate laboratory results. The role may also involve collaboration with other departments to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

The laboratory is an integral part of our facility, providing essential diagnostic testing and analysis to support patient care. Our team of Medical Lab Technologists works with state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technologies to ensure precise results. You will be part of a close-knit team that values accuracy, efficiency, and continuous professional development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
  • Analyze blood, urine, tissue samples, and other bodily fluids.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Prepare and document test results accurately and timely.
  • Assist in developing and improving laboratory procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to provide accurate diagnostic information.
  • Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines.
