The Account Manager/Customer Service Specialist will perform outbound calls for existing customers, with the objective of building a strong relationship for continued business.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain existing customer relationships through strong customer service and account management skills.
- Perform outbound calls, determine customer’s current needs, and educate and inspire customers on the value of our product/service.
- Generate follow-up calls with established customers by managing the sales pipeline through CRM program.
- Generate detailed notes through CRM of the interaction/needs of the customer base.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales performance standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly summaries of all sales, and customer updates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of account management or customer service experience.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding company goal objectives.
- Confident, enthusiastic, excellent work ethic.
- Outstanding verbal communication, persuasion, and follow-up ability.
- Skilled Multitasker: speaking clearly, actively listening, and taking impeccable notes.
- Motivated to succeed, goal driven.
This is a 32-hour/week, in-office position working Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. There is a base salary and commission structure based on increasing sales with existing customer base.
