Advantage Staffing Services is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Supervisor for a 13-week contract assignment at our client's hospital in Colorado Springs, CO. Enjoy weekly pay and guaranteed hours


Position Summary:

The Nuclear Medicine Supervisor is responsible for the development, achievement, and maintenance of goals within the assigned Imaging units. This role coordinates daily activities and performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in designated areas. As a leader in the Imaging department, you will utilize people, technology, and financial resources to deliver efficient services. You will promote a positive work environment by being visible and accessible to all levels of staff and customers. Key performance indicators include patient satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity, financial targets, Red Rule compliance, and budgetary and fiscal responsibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain goals for the Imaging units.
  • Coordinate daily activities within the units.
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Lead the Imaging department with a focus on efficient use of resources.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and achieve key performance indicators: patient satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity, financial targets, Red Rule compliance, and fiscal responsibility.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technologist.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification with ARRT, ARDMS, or CNMT in at least one of the assigned modalities.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.


Job Details:

  • Type: Contract, options for extension or direct hire after 13-week contract
  • Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
  • Expected Hours: 40 per week
  • Schedule: 8-hour day shifts
  • Setting: Acute care

Experience Required:

  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • 1 year of medical imaging experience


Licensure/Certification:

  • ARRT, ARDMS, or CNMT Certification (Required)
