Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Maintains the general ledger
  • Reconcile bank account(s)
  • Perform account analysis
  • Prepares monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assists with the month end close process
  • May assist with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
  • Completes quarterly local and state tax filings
  • Performs other related duties as assigned


Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of accounting experience
  • Excellent organizational, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Advance Microsoft Excel skills
  • NetSuite experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, Power Point, and willingness to learn new technologies
