Experience:

Proficient in distributed system design and implementation, and the ability to ensure high-performance, high-reliability operation of large-scale systems.

Proficient JavaScript and/or TypeScript developer with solid foundations in object-oriented programming & design patterns

  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable digital services using Node / Typescript and related technologies.
  • A history of contributing to existing enterprise-level open-source projects, leveraging your expertise, and collaborating with the community to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contributions to the documentation and knowledge sharing within the open-source community, promoting the adoption and success of the software.
  • Proficiency in automating and digitizing business processes, leveraging modern architectures and best practices.
  • Familiarity working with cloud providers, preferably AWS, to deploy and manage applications utilizing services such as S3, EC2, RDS, EKS, and Kafka.
  • Knowledge of Java and Java services development is a plus.
  • Experience working with containers and building digital services in a serverless architecture using technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, and AWS ECS is an added advantage.
