*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a strong passion for providing quality care to patients of all ages.

*Responsibilities*
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Follow aseptic techniques to ensure infection control
- Handle dementia care with compassion and empathy
- Work in long-term care facilitie
- Administer care for patients with infectious diseases
- Utilize software for accurate documentation

*Experience*
- Previous experience is preferred
- Proficiency in aseptic technique is a plus
- Experience working with elderly patients is beneficial
- Knowledge of dementia care protocols is advantageous
- Familiarity with long-term care environments is desirable
