Responsibilities:
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities from pre-qualification to close, leveraging expertise to address the specific challenges faced by our target market.
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities within the property management industry through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings using platforms such as Zoom.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for potential customers with our sales team and conduct discovery meetings and presentations to understand their needs and demonstrate our product’s value.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the individual needs and pain points of our target customers, showcasing how our innovative water flow meter solutions revolutionize water submetering in multi-unit residential buildings.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engineering, to ensure seamless order processing, product customization, and delivery.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads using our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
  • Build connections with prospects at industry events to book meetings and product demos, and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams about customer needs and market trends.


Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or a related field. While a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred, we value practical experience and a strong track record above all.
  • Prior experience with property management, real estate, or the utility sector is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and establish strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence, resilience, and attention to detail.
  • Live in Colorado and be able to work in the office at least 3 days a week.

  • Starting salary for this position is between 40-60K + variable commission depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
