Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop potential business accounts through strategic entry plans. Lead prospecting initiatives and cultivate strong client relationships. Understand clients' core business strategies and collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of 10 years in direct B2B sales with Fortune 1000 companies. A proven track record in new business development within professional services. Experience managing large sales volumes (exceeding $250k per transaction). Proficiency in navigating diverse sales cycles ranging from three to twelve months. Stable career history with no more than three job changes in the last decade. Compensation is predominantly commission and bonus-based. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through lead generation. Compensation and Benefits: The compensation package is performance-driven with no earning cap, starting with a base salary of $135K plus commission and bonuses linked to annual revenue and profitability. Additional benefits include eligibility for performance reward programs, such as an annual President's Club travel award, car allowance, company-provided laptop, mobile device reimbursement, and a full expense account for client entertainment. Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within a commutable distance.
