WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Leads the daily operations for all Contact Center Inbound teams to maximize the overall experience by leading teams to drive productivity, efficiency, and member experience.
  • Responsible for writing and evaluating procedures used by the Inbound team and working closely with Learning and Development to create training for team members.
  • Makes and implements recommendations, maximizes processes, and overall member experience by analyzing data, identifying gaps, maintaining standards, and implementing change.
  • Drives, recommends, and leads implementations for the Contact Center with technology and/or system changes that will benefit the Contact Center.
  • Leads the Inbound Contact Center team to exceed set departmental, member education, and service goals, which impact the organizational strategies that support the Member Promise.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • College degree; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
  • Thorough knowledge of Company services and products.
  • Effectively leading a team to maximize productivity, efficiency, and member experience.
  • Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with member experience functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.
  • Well organized.
  • Ability to operate related computer applications and related business equipment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain an effective and efficient workflow.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: This position is subject to SAFE Act Registration Requirements.
