Job Description:
Join the Team and be part of shaping the future of data while on assignment. This role presents an exciting opportunity to support as they continue to scale and accelerate their growth. You'll get the opportunity to apply your expertise as a Temporary Worker. You'll be an essential contributor to our team, working in an environment that values innovation and fosters meaningful contributions from all collaborators.
As a member of the Cloud Security team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining (and raising) the security bar across our production cloud environments. We are looking for motivated, passionate experts in cloud security architecture and operations who can help us maintain highly defensible cloud infrastructure, and embody the “builder” mindset to reduce toil for our team and our internal customers.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 8+ years’ experience deploying services on public cloud infrastructure
- Understanding of modern cloud technology components and deployment patterns: virtual machines, containers, Kubernetes, serverless, infrastructure as code, etc.
- Experience deploying and customizing security tools to address threats and lower risk: CSPM, vulnerability scanners, static analyzers, web application firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security monitoring, etc.
- Experience working with Linux observability frameworks: eBPF, kprobes, auditd, etc.
- Solid understanding of Linux system internals: file system, process management, networking, syscalls, etc.
- Knowledge of networking and web protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, REST), and the ability to analyze traffic to find anomalies
- Fluency in one or more programming or scripting languages
As A Contract "Senior Cloud Security Engineer - Runtime Security", You Will:
- Deploy and manage security agents to all production workloads to detect and respond to security threats
- Maintain a light footprint to maximize stability and performance
- Produce relevant data and telemetry to enable software supply chain and compliance requirements to be met
