We are looking for a Senior Mandarin Field Sales Account Executive to spearhead our sales efforts, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will play a crucial role in Workstream's sales strategy by booking partner meetings, prospecting new franchisee clients, conducting new franchisee sales presentations and demonstrations, negotiating new franchisee contracts, and closing new franchisee deals.This is a full-time, office-based role requiring presence 5 days a week to foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams.Day in the LifeSales Leadership: Mentor a team of field sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and hands-on support to ensure individual and team successTerritory Strategy: Develop and execute territory plans to identify new opportunities, penetrate markets, and grow revenue within the SMB segmentAccount Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their business needs to position our SaaS solutions effectivelyPipeline Management: Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring an accurate and healthy pipelinePerformance Tracking: Monitor sales KPIs and deliver regular performance updates, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvementMarket Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and SMB market challenges to adapt strategies and position our offerings as the preferred choiceCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on goals, share feedback, and deliver exceptional customer experiencesTeam Building: Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members to cultivate a high-performing sales cultureWho You Are2+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record in SMB markets and field salesDemonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targetsStrong business acumen and understanding of SMB challenges and needsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsData-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analyticsSpeaks Mandarin fluentlySelf-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentWillingness to travel within the assigned territory as neededWillingness to be in office 5 days a weekWhat We OfferA mission-driven and value-based company dedicated to empower deskless workers and local businessesAn early employee opportunity at a Series B hyper-growth startup; work with the founding team and industry veterans to accelerate your careerCompetitive salary and equityComprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision.
