Global Head Of Talent Acquisition Gas ServicesJoin us as the strategic force behind a global Talent Acquisition organization that powers the future of Siemens Energy. In this high-visibility role, you'll shape how we attract, engage, and hire top talent across all regions driving transformation at scale. As a Global Head of Talent Acquisition Gas Services, you lead a worldwide TA team and RPO partners across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and MEA. You partner with the Head of HR and senior leaders to translate business priorities into a global hiring strategy as well as align with HRBPs on workforce planning and demand forecasting. You will work with the TA Centre of Competence on sourcing, recruitment marketing, and tech innovation as well as review performance data, streamline processes, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.
