About you: Proven experience identifying existing code inefficiencies and improving them within Health Cloud. Expertise working with LIMS systems (Laboratory Information Management Systems) Expertise at Integration and ETL from LIMS to Salesforce Experience working in an iterative environment- you can unpack business requirements and work to effectively implement them in Salesforce. Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong expertise in Health Cloud and Experience Cloud at an enterprise level of complexity. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues Conducting code reviews and unit testing Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development in Health Cloud 5+ years with LIMS Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and Object-oriented programming Experience with a variety of Salesforce development tools and technologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desired Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development Healthcare, especially Health Lab services business domain knowledge is an immense value add. Experience with Managed package and unlocked package development
