Do you enjoy working with people, especially people with autism and intellectual disability? Are you looking for a full-time job with plenty of hours to work? If so, consider joining our client team in Newton, MA.
We are currently hiring Direct Care Professionals. You will provide direct care and skill training to individuals in a residential setting to support daily living and social skills. The DCP provides assistance with personal care, medication administration, implementing approved treatment plans, preparing meals, attending recreational activities, exploring the community and general companionship.

Qualifications:
  • No experience necessary, we will train the right people
  • Minimum of high school degree or GED. Must be at least 21.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to lift and support body weight of any program individual with the assistance of another employee.
  • MUST HAVE: valid driver's license and a CLEAN driving record and a willingness to use agency vehicle in the course of employment.
  • Must meet Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check requirement

MAP Certification will be required within the first 6 months of hire.

Residential Weekends Shifts- (All shifts available: 9:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm -9:00am)
