Data Center Project Management Senior Director - East RegionThe Senior Director of Project Management for the East Region is a senior leadership role responsible for strategic planning, execution, and successful management of a large team supporting a hyperscale data center client. This individual will lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, design managers, and engineers. The Director will drive process improvements, manage client relationships at a high level, and contribute to the company's growth and profitability. Data Center construction experience is preferred.Responsibilities include:Financial performance of a client account team including budgeting, actual results, forecasting, and reporting.Interacting regularly with client(s) to ensure goals and objectives are established and achieved.Managing and leading project management staff and ensuring thorough staff understanding and implementation of operations, policies, and procedures.Supporting project management staff operating in an outsourced capacity with client to implement procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closeout phases of projects or programs.Developing new business growth and maintaining existing business relationships.Overseeing the preparation of accurate, timely, and complete reports to the client and company.Qualifications include:Bachelor's degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience.LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.Data Center construction experience preferred.Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets.In-depth knowledge of Google Office Suite products.Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset.Disclaimer: Effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend will be consolidated into a single global business entity. As a candidate applying for a position, you should be aware that while your initial employment may be with CBRE Project Management, you will subsequently transfer to the newly formed entity that encompasses both organizations.Compensation: The minimum salary for this position is $200,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $235,000 annually. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program.
