Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Reports To: CEO

Position Overview:
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will lead the revenue generation strategy for IBC group. This role is ideal for a proven executive with a strong background in corporate media digital advertising and revenuefocused sales leadership. As CRO you will be responsible for driving the companys revenue goals with a focus on building and scaling advertisingbased revenue streams. This leader will work closely with content marketing and sales teams to develop an innovative revenue roadmap aligned with our growth vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive revenue strategies that maximize advertisingbased revenue across social media platforms and podcasting networks.
Sales Leadership: Lead mentor and expand a highperforming sales team focused on digital advertising brand partnerships and sponsorships. Create clear KPIs and performance metrics.
Market Analysis & Positioning: Identify and analyze market trends competitive positioning and audience behaviors to adjust strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
Advertising Innovation: Develop test and implement new ad products branded content offerings and programmatic revenue channels.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with major brands media agencies and corporate advertisers. Act as a primary point of contact for highvalue clients.
Collaboration: Partner closely with content creators marketing and product teams to align revenue initiatives with audience growth and content strategies.
Revenue Optimization: Oversee analytics and datadriven strategies to optimize ad performance enhance monetization opportunities and increase lifetime value per user.
Budget Management: Establish manage and report on revenue budgets forecasts and performance metrics to ensure profitability and growth targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
10 years of experience in corporate media advertising sales or a similar revenuegenerating leadership role.
Proven track record of scaling revenue in digital media particularly through advertising and sponsorships.
Strong understanding of digital platforms audience engagement and performance metrics across YouTube X Instagram and podcasting platforms.
Excellent leadership communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable revenue strategies.
