Idcs Technical ManagerSHI's Integrated Data Center Solutions (IDCS) team is driving a bold transformationfrom legacy infrastructure to AI-powered delivery. As the IDCS Technical Manager, you'll lead a high-impact team of infrastructure architects and automation engineers who design, configure, and operationalize data center solutions at scale. This is more than a management roleit's a leadership opportunity to shape delivery excellence, build technical depth, and foster a culture of proactive ownership. You'll coach top talent, refine scalable processes, and serve as a strategic partner across customer engagements, internal initiatives, and innovation pilots.You'll be accountable for leading with clarity, driving outcomes, and elevating team performance across:Team Leadership & DevelopmentDelivery ExcellenceOperational StrategyStrategic EngagementBehaviors and competencies include adaptability, analytical thinking, business acumen, change management, collaboration, communication, leadership, problem-solving, strategic implementation, and technical expertise.Skill level requirements include expertise in leveraging cloud-based platforms for integration solutions, ability to define, design, build, and maintain robust integration systems, design, develop, and integrate APIs for seamless communication between applications, oversee and direct integration projects to completion, examine, clean, transform, and model data to discover useful information for integration, and simplify and effectively communicate complex integration challenges to stakeholders.Other requirements include a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience, 5+ years leading technical or engineering teams in customer-facing environments, proven success in delivering complex IT projects and managing relationships with cross-functional teams, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative delivery models, and ability to travel 20%.The estimated annual pay range for this position is $120,000 - $250,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
