Our client is an organization in the Madison area looking for an Office Administrator. Our client is looking for someone with previous clerical accounting and administrative experience, strong communications skills and great interpersonal skills. This company emphasizes work-life balance, collaboration, and support.


The salary for this position is $42k-45k.


The Office Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain front office reception desk, greet visitors, answer and redirect calls, mange phone systems, handle mail, faxes and shipments.
  • Welcome visitors, responding to requests and support coworkers.
  • Efficient scheduling, communication and office operations daily.
  • Assist controller and accounting department in daily AP/AR transactions.
  • Support and provide awareness of social media channels.
  • Office stock and oversee standard office equipment and supplies.
  • Prepare conference rooms or outside venues for meetings and events.
  • Maintain detailed calendars, coordinate schedules, prioritize meeting request and logistics.
  • Create AR invoices and submit invoices to customers.
  • Report and enter intercompany cost clearing.
  • Other duties as assigned.


The Office Administrator will possess the following:


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous administration experience preferred.
  • Excellent scheduling and project management skills.
  • Experience in entering accounting data.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and personable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
