If you're energized by the opportunity to help define the sales motion at a company in its go-to-market inflection point this is your opportunity.We're looking for a Tennessee based Enterprise Account Executive with specifically Professional Services IT Sales experience (mandatory) to join as the sales hire at Stralynn. You'll work directly with the CEO and founding team to expand our customer base, shape our sales playbook, and close high-value consulting engagements with senior executives in financial and technology enterprises. This is a high-impact, hunter, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in complex sales environments and wants to help build the next standout digital consulting firm. US/Permanent resident is required. This is not a fully remote position. To be considered for this position, candidates must live within a commutable distance of our Brentwood location.What You'll DoOwn and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise consulting and transformation deals ($150K$3 MM ACV)Generate and qualify pipeline via outbound prospecting, warm intro campaigns, and partner referralsClose deals with VP, CFO, and CCO-level buyers in financial services, private equity, and high-tech sectorsCollaborate with the CEO to sharpen messaging, iterate playbooks, and establish scalable sales motionDeepen relationships with current and past clients for upsell, cross-sell, and expansionPartner with delivery and ops to ensure seamless handoffs and measurable client outcomesTrack and improve metrics around win rates, velocity, and top-of-funnel activityContribute to early revenue forecasting, CRM processes, and sales tooling decisionsWho You Are610+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in IT consulting or digital transformation servicesBased in Tennessee and may need to occasionally attend onsite at TN officeExperienced track record in taking up revenue targets and deal closure.
