Key Responsibilities:


Talent Strategy & Engagement:

  • Grasp our business strategy and goals to craft effective talent sourcing and engagement plans.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through strategic talent pipelining and leadership consultation.


Lateral Recruiting:

  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to attract lateral candidates.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to find top talent.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and skill fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and a strong representation of Mindlance.


Campus Recruiting:

  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend campus recruitment events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and information sessions to attract students.
  • Manage the complete campus recruitment process, from screening to offer coordination.


Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define hiring priorities and workforce plans.
  • Conduct requirement intake calls with internal hiring managers.
  • Use data and analytics to guide business decisions and support corporate strategy.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.


Employer Branding:

  • Understand the competitive landscape and shape our employer branding and value proposition.
  • Engage on social media, talent communities, and industry outreach to strengthen Mindlance’s employer brand.
  • Promote Mindlance’s brand on campus and through various recruitment channels.
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance our visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Passion for delivering results with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience with recruitment operations, including high-volume activity and tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with job boards, ATS, sourcing, and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of hiring practices, interview techniques, and recruiting metrics.
  • Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable problem-solver with minimal supervision required.
  • Results-oriented with open and candid communication style.
  • Ability to work in a flat organizational structure with hands-on involvement in planning and execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with diverse groups.
  • Willingness to travel for campus recruitment events and career fairs as needed.
