Wentworth Club Rowing Head CoachInstitution: Wentworth Institute of Technology Boston, MAPosition Type: Part-Time, SeasonalCompensation: Stipend-basedThe Head Coach for Wentworth Club Rowing provides supervision and effective leadership to the rowing club sport program. Responsibilities include fostering skill development and teamwork among students; promoting and upholding institute policies and procedures; and initiating activities in support of the sports club. The head coach will provide directions to the assistant coach in regard to team organization and required paperwork for the division membership.This position collaborates with the assistant coach to provide skill and developmental support to the team.
