Job Description:
- Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business needs.
- Lead in developing project requirements for end-to-end data integration process using ETL for structured, semi-structured and unstructured data.
- Assess and understand the ETL jobs, workflows, BI tools, and reports, dbt designing.
- Perform analysis on existing Data Storage system and development of Data Solutions in Snowflake
- Experience with data security and data access controls and design in Snowflake.
- Design the data warehouse and provide guidance to the team in implementation using Snowflake SnowSQL.
- Experience in working on migrating data from on-premise databases and files to Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of ELT/ETL and integration concepts and design best practices.
- Experience in performance tuning of the snow pipelines and should be able to trouble shoot the issue quickly.
- Experience in SnowSQL, Snowpipe, and Snowpark.
- Data modeling and data integration.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience.
- 9+ years of experience in DWH, 4 years of experience in implementing DWH on Snowflake.
- 10+ Years of extensive SQL knowledge.
- 5+ Years of experience working in AWS or Azure WRT Data Engineering, Proficient with Cloud Services like AWS Glue, Docker, ECR, SNS, S3 , SQS etc.
- 3+ years of experience working with Python, Rest API, Building data pipelines.
- Experience in end-to-end data analytics design and architecture for Snowflake.
- Business knowledge; excellent communication skills.
