Job Overview:


The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for leading Business Development efforts in the Eastern US region. This individual is an experienced salesperson who is also willing and able to roll their sleeves up and be involved in high visibility sales. This position reports directly to the SVP of Commercial Sales.



Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Identify, implement, and manage measurable strategies to increase revenue, gain new customers and maintain current customers.
  • Work with Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure successful on-boarding for new clients to make sure that we meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Leverage data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activities to meet revenue targets and company goals.
  • Report revenue results to the SVP of Sales and Leadership Teams.
  • Develop and foster positive working relationships with Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to maximize opportunities for collaboration that support our revenue growth.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.



Qualifications:


  • Must be based in the New York City metro area
  • Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Business, Communications, or related focus area
  • 5+ years of sales experience for either a SaaS company or technology company that sells into the Commercial Real Estate industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently generate revenue and exceed sales goals by managing processes for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset



Estimated Salary: $140K annual base salary + commissions/bonus

The salary range listed is our best estimate based on the role's requirements and market conditions, but the final offer may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
