Our Client, a fashion brand, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join their team. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the HR department.


Main Details:


  • Recruitment Support: Coordinate recruitment efforts such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
  • Onboarding: Assist in completing new hire paperwork and ensure proper collection and filing of required documents
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns, providing accurate information
  • Employee Records and Documentation
  • Benefits Administration
  • Office Management


Education & Skills Required:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience managing + overseeing a team /office
  • Proven experience in HR coordination, office management, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications, preferably ADP RUN / Workforce Now.
