This is a full-time, onsite position at the Alpharetta office.

Position Overview for the Publications Specialist:

  • Function as a purchase agent contact for materials printed outside of the company.
  • Solicit quotes for budgetary needs and future printed materials.
  • Approve and code invoices for print items needed outside the company.
  • Manage materials stored at an offsite fulfillment house.


Required Skills for the Publications Specialist:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in print buying.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); proficiency in InDesign preferred.
  • Ability to lift paper boxes and handle shipping tasks using UPS.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and colleagues.
