Lead UX/UI Designer

Qualifications At least 6 years of professional hands-on experience in creative designs and prototyping and designing client-side applications for Mobile and Web Experience building and maintaining corporate brand style guide Bachelors or Master degree in a design field such as interaction design, or human-computer interaction (HCI) or equivalent Proficiency in design and prototyping applications such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of Javascript frameworks and web application design patterns Experience building design components and design systems for large modern e-commerce web Comfort with an iterative design process based on qualitative and quantitative feedback Is a self-starter that is motivated, passionate, and results-focused Has strong eye for business and willingness to jump in to work side-by-side with the team to get things done Possesses exceptional project and time management and communication skills Has keen knowledge of design compliance standards and regulations to ensure all design activities align with legal and ethical guidelines Is highly comfortable with fast-paced and matrixed environments with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies to gain buy-in across diverse stakeholders Can address escalations and resolve problems based on a data-driven approach, as well as listening and understanding of stakeholder needs Competence in designing consumer applications across mobile and web Expertise in standard and emerging UX software. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
