Our client, located in the Belden Village area of Jackson Township, seeks an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to assist in the administration of benefit plans for their clients. The ideal candidate has benefit plan experience in a Third-Party Administrator. Prior TPA administrative skills, including experience in the preparation of tax filings with the IRS and/or plan testing for legal compliance is strongly preferred. Additional experience within a company as an HR Generalist handling benefits administration will also be considered.


A competitive compensation plan is offered, which includes a generous 401k/profit sharing plan with a 3% safe harbor and an additional 6% profit sharing. This is a full-time position based in their Jackson Township office with a partial work-from home hybrid schedule for the right candidate. The Jackson Township office will be their main office, however, you may split time between the main office and one of their satellite offices.
