Tax Management ConsultantTax Management Provides consulting and information-sharing tax services for the organization and ensures that all appropriate tax regulations are followed. Key responsibilities and duties include:Monitoring appropriate federal, state and local tax regulations and obligations.Preparing appropriate tax forms and instruments for filing with federal, state and local jurisdictions.Working with business units to keep them informed about tax implications of their operation.Helping junior staff learn the appropriate regulations, filing procedures and internal communication needs.Educational Requirements:University (Degree) PreferredWork Experience:5+ Years Required; 7+ Years PreferredPhysical Requirements:Physical Requirements: Sedentary WorkCareer Level: 8ICRequired Qualifications:5+ years tax experience in a corporate and/or public accounting settingPreferred Qualifications:7+ years of experience in direct and indirect state taxCPA certification or similar advanced professional designationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex tax matters clearly to diverse audiencesProven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail and meeting critical deadlinesCollaborative team player with demonstrated success working across functions and building strong working relationshipsRelated Skills: Accounting Standards, Adaptability, Automation, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Data Analysis, Financial Acumen, Relationship Management, Strategic Thinking, Taxation, Tax Compliance, Tax Efficiency, Tax ResearchAnticipated Posting End Date: 2025-11-28 Base Pay Range: $102,000/yr - $140,000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
