Global Packaging Implementation Director CpsThe Global Packaging Implementation Director CPS leads the execution of the global packaging strategy, translating vision into actionable plans that deliver measurable results across all CPS sites. This role drives programs through strong cross-functional engagement with plant SMEs, Corporate, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Technical, Engineering, and Quality, ensuring "fit for purpose" packaging that meets regulatory, sustainability, quality, and value creation goals. Accountable for governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, the Director champions packaging performance and innovation to enable CPS business objectives worldwide.Key responsibilities include:Packaging Program Execution Leads end to end packaging program execution from concept to implementation, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with the global packaging strategy.Data Governance & Reporting Excellence Leads governance of packaging data platforms, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance with KORE, regulatory requirements, and ESG reporting standards.Cross-Functional Partnerships Influence and collaborate across global functions, Operating Units, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Plant Operations to deliver operational goals.Risk Management Manages packaging supply risk by executing mitigation programs and coordinating alternate sourcing solutions.Strategic Insights Translate complex sustainability data into actionable intelligence for leadership and stakeholders; identify high-impact interventions to accelerate quality, sustainability and regulatory objectives.Qualifications:7-10 years of relevant technical or manufacturing experience in a multinational food or pharmaceutical environment, 3 of those years must have been in a managerial role.Strong record of influencing cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver measurable results, leading in a virtual environment.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset.Technical expert in industrial food-grade B2B packaging. Returnable packaging knowledge is desirable.Advanced communication skills with ability to engage at all organizational levels.PACS and regulatory background is beneficial.Advanced proficiency in data platforms and analytics tools, including SAP, Picasso, SFM, KOSMOS, PowerApps and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).Understanding of LCA methodologies.Location Preferred Atlanta or Ireland location (Dublin, Drogheda, Ballina).
