Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and dedicated Paralegal to become a valued member of our team. This role offers a great long-term opportunity with room for growth in a positive and dynamic setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information
  • Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and subpoenas
  • Organizing and managing case files
  • Scheduling and coordinating depositions, hearings, and meetings
  • Obtaining and reviewing medical and other relevant records
  • Summarizing depositions, witness statements, and other legal documents
  • Filing documents with courts and maintaining calendaring of deadlines
  • Maintaining client relationships and managing correspondence
  • Preparing trial exhibits and evidence binders
  • Responding to subpoenas and other legal requests


Qualifications:

  • Self-starter and team player
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and take initiative
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proficient with computers
  • Minimum of 1 year of law office experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience preferred
