Job Summary:

The HSE Advisor coordinates and executes safety and environmental programs to ensure a safe workplace. This role supports the Health, Safety and Environmental Management System and Operations Excellence Performance System (OEPS), ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory HSE objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Company’s Security, Compliance & HSE policies and relevant laws.
  • Promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
  • Develop and deliver safety and environmental training programs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits.
  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain and report HSE records and metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Relevant professional certification (e.g., CSP, NEBOSH) is a plus.
  • Experience in HSE management preferred.
  • Strong communication and training skills
