Job Description


As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Reliable Healthcare Associates, LLC, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Providing individualized attention to each guest, promoting their ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
  • Carrying out assignments related to activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
  • Attending to the individual needs of all guests, including incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication, and other needs.
  • Providing care that maintains each guest's skin integrity, preventing pressure ulcers, skin tears, and other damage.
  • Performing various tasks assigned by the floor nurse, including checking vital signs, weighing guests, applying creams/ointments, and collecting specimens.
  • Completing medical records documenting care provided and other information in accordance with nursing policies while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements and Qualifications


To be successful as a CNA at Reliable Healthcare Associates, LLC, you must possess the following qualifications:



  • Be customer service-oriented and able to communicate effectively with guests, families, and staff.
  • Have a strong understanding of individual care plans and be able to support the care planning process.
  • Be able to interact professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.
  • Have experience in long-term care, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Be able to commit to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.
