A successful AD possesses strong leadership and creative problem-solving skills and identifies solutions that solve client challenges.What you will do:Accountable for managing a client portfolio that delivers $2M - $5M annuallyAccountable for identifying and managing the sales cycle for growth opportunities across owned accountsAccountable for achieving revenue goals for accountsResponsible for managing account forecasting, scoping/billing, and revenue recognition.Responsible for identifyingand converting growth opportunities aligned with revenue growth goalsStrong understanding of the client's business, their context within the industry and competitive position, and how Ansira's work has an impactUnderstand the capabilities of all agency departments in order to effectively lead the Ansira team to identify, pitch, and convert sales opportunitiesAccountable for ensuring the team working on their portfolio understand client goals in order to meet and exceed expectations and is a participant in internal and external ideation and brainstorming sessionsExhibits a strong understanding of delivery across Ansira's competency areas.
