Our client in Baltimore, MD is seeking a motivated and analytical Valuation Analyst to join their dynamic team in their Baltimore office due to company continued growth This role offers significant client interaction and an opportunity to develop and apply advanced financial concepts in a professional, entrepreneurial environment. This role will work very closely with the Director and staff of the valuation team.
The Valuation Analyst role is onsite/in the office 4 days a week with the option to work remotely on Fridays as the company does provide flexibility to its employees.

Key Responsibilities of the Valuation Analyst:
- Analyze financial statements using asset, income, and M&A valuation methods.
- Prepare financial projections and perform valuation analyses, including DCF modeling and comparable transaction studies.
- Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to support valuation projects.
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop presentations and reports in PowerPoint.
- Engage directly with clients through meetings, site visits, and data gathering.
- Maintain and utilize internal databases and information resources.
- Work on multiple concurrent projects, including business development initiatives.
Valuation Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited business program.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, valuation, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent research and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable interacting with senior client executives.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
