Day-to Day:

The position is for an Account Coordinator which is an entry level position, in office five days a week 8am -- 5pm . The Account Coordinator position is a support position to the Account Managers/Account Executives. The Account Coordinators are responsible for day-to-day account servicing which includes certificates of insurance, policy changes, billing, payment follow ups, policy checks, etc. All training for the position is done in-house from a combination of other Account Coordinators, the Accounts Managers and Account Executives. After onboarding, company will pay for employee to get a Florida 2-20 insurance license. Ultimate goal is to train the Account Coordinator to build them over a 2-3 year time frame to an Account Manager.
