Structural Engineer (Telecom) 100% RemoteWe are seeking a Structural Engineer (Telecom) to support the design and structural analysis of communication structures for wireless telecommunication sites. This role offers the opportunity to work on towers, rooftops, foundations, and custom telecom equipment support structures in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct structural analysis and design for telecom sites, including towers, buildings, water tanks, and rooftops.Design custom support solutions for telecom equipment, such as steel platforms and antenna mounts.Perform load analysis, reinforcing, and extension designs in compliance with jurisdictional regulations.Utilize software tools like RISA 3D, TNX Tower, OCALC, and ENERCAL for structural evaluations.Collaborate with engineers, drafters, site acquisition, and construction teams.Ensure project accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.Occasionally conduct site visits to document field conditions.Required Qualifications:3 - 5 years of structural engineering experience in telecom or a related field.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.PE Certification preferred but not required.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of ASD & LRFD, TIA-G, and TIA-H codes.Experience in designing wireless telecom sites, including collocations and small cell projects.Valid driver's license and ability to travel when needed.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No current or future visa sponsorship available).Position Details:Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flexible Start (6:30 AM - 9:00 AM EST)Work Location: 100% Remote (Preference for candidates in EST/CST time zones)No expected travel or overtimeCompensation & Benefits:Hourly Pay: ~ $38.46/hr--$43.27/hr (~ $80K--$90K annually)Benefits: Contract position with competitive compensation (W2 offering medical & 401k benefits)Overtime Rate: 1.5x standard hourly rateAdditional Hiring Requirements:Background Check: 7-year history requiredDrug Screen: 10-panel test (No exceptions for marijuana, even with a medical card)This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge telecom infrastructure projects with a leading engineering services firm.
