CPP- Bloomington, MN is looking to hire an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. This position will oversee all Human Resources and Environmental, Health and Safety operations including recruiting, hiring, coaching, compliance and recordkeeping.

What will you do?


Create and implement developmental and succession plans to grow and retain our team members

Drive talent engagement initiates and culture improvements

Set an example and lead a strong safety culture

Help coach and mentor current HR team for future leadership

Provide direction and counsel regarding human resources aspects of plant operations

Guide the HR team through complex employee relations, including ensuring thorough and objective investigations are utilized, when necessary

Advisor to senior leadership team on strategies for HR and EHS 

Leads in the development, implementation, and auditing of policies and procedures for the site

Analyze training and development needs for the location, driving the development and administration of training programs

Engage in strategy discussions with the senior leadership team as you dive into the P&L as a group

Able to work onsite at the Bloomington, MN manufacturing location (with a flexible schedule)

What can you bring to the table?


BS Degree in HR Management

10+ years of Generalist experience within a large-scale & complex manufacturing environment

5+ years in a leadership role required

PHR/ SPHR or SHRM CP/SHRM SCP strongly preferred
