You will also develop programs and provide training to meet specific training needs for underwriting personnel across the PC Company. Other duties may include:Identify and deliver training in both live and virtual settings.Coordinate all phases of the underwriting curriculum development.Collaborate with underwriting personnel to identify specific areas where training is needed and develop training programs to help ensure compliance with Underwriting Best Practices, as well as various federal and state laws and regulations.Organize and promote existing training programs by assisting in scheduling and coordinating training programs.Develop a database and maintain training records on all underwriting personnel.Monitor and analyze employee progress and the overall effectiveness of the training programs and adjust training curriculum accordingly.Work with Underwriting Quality Assurance Specialists on identified training issues.College degree or equivalent plus seven years of relevant experience required. Three years of claims or underwriting training experience preferred. Advanced degree or Industry Designations preferred. Some travel may be required (including overnight stays). Must have strong knowledge of ISO contract and/or FBMC contract and be committed to continuing education. A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required (Some travel including overnight stays may be required).
