You will work closely with other members of the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to help plan, design, and deliver enterprise-wide transformation efforts that have real business impact. You will gain hands-on experience in business analysis, project management, and change support activities as you support the implementation of new capabilities and optimized functional processes within the organization. This position will be full-time and remote.This position does not offer employment sponsorship. All candidates must be eligible to work without need for sponsorship by employer.What You'll DoProject SupportAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiativesTrack progress against milestones and manage project documentationAid in the creation of reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-makingAssist in tracking, monitoring and disseminating RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) items, and help keep teams accountable to deliverablesProcess ImprovementBring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems to help teams get to the core of what needs to change and whyAssist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and researchIdentify improvement opportunities based on current-state assessments and gap analysesAssist in the development of future state processes through providing suggestions for improvement and identifying pain points.Support the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions, including workflow tools and automationStakeholder EngagementCollaborate with stakeholders across functions to gather input and cross-functional alignmentBuild strong relationships with establish credibility through clear and professional communicationChange ManagementHelp plan, develop and execute change management activities such as communications, stakeholder analysis, and training logisticsAssist in ensuring initiatives are understood, adopted, and sustained across the organizationTeam CollaborationCollaborate with team members to ensure successful delivery of transformative programsBring a proactive, problem-solving mindset to team discussions and decision-makingPerform other critical assignments as directedWhat You'll NeedRequired:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldEntry-level experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, finance or a related fieldExceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsProven leadership qualities and skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data and identify trends or issuesEffective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing documentation and delivering presentationsDetail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio; Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project is a plusTeam player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from othersInterest in business transformation and enterprise improvement initiativesDemonstrated ability to hold self and other accountable to timelines and outcomesPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
