Established Tampa Westshore area law firm has opening for a receptionist/legal assistant 4 days per week. Law firm practice areas include real estate, governmental, land use, zoning and litigation. Professional atmosphere. Duties include phone, filing, document preparation, and scheduling.
Candidate should have a professional demeanor, good personal skills, and be willing and able to learn new skills. Must be proficient on computer including Word, Excel, Outlook, typing and basic research skills.
Benefits include parking, paid holidays and 10 days PTO after one year of service. Salary commensurate with experience. Hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with one hour lunch break).
