Our client is looking for an Operational Risk Consultant Specialist


This is a long term contract that is hybrid in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago


W2 only, No C2C.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates timely execution of essential Business Risk operational processes including, but not limited to, business continuity planning, exam management and records retention
  • Responsible for developing and executing risk programs to identify, measure, monitor, manage and report key operational, compliance and other risk types within Human Resources
  • Participates in the monitoring of risk and control environment and helps identifies solutions to improve control effectiveness


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in risk and controls
  • Business Process Mapping
  • Operational Risk Management
  • RCSA / GRC tool (e.g. Archer)
