Sr Director, Fleet Business TransformationThe Sr Director, Fleet Business Transformation will be responsible for leading and managing the team responsible for developing and driving strategic fleet transformation initiatives, defining and overseeing governance, and ensuring alignment of all initiatives across the organization and with its overarching strategies. This role combines visionary leadership, operational discipline, change management excellence, and a solid understanding of world class digital tools.What You'll Do:Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Fleet Team's transformation roadmapPartner with the Fleet leadership team to define strategic priorities and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiativesServe as a thought leader and change championEstablish and oversee the governance of Fleet's strategic initiatives ensuring correct prioritization, robust oversight, and timely executionLead portfolio level planning including risk management, resource allocation, initiative health, budget, change management, and execution timelinesDrive enterprise wide change on lack of data quality in the inputs to key Fleet systemsThe target starting rate is 160k, actual salary will be determined based on experienceWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Analytics, or related field.
