This position can sit in NYC or Charlotte, NC. Daily activities include financial modeling of commercial real estate properties, market research, credit evaluation of financing opportunities and co-managing transaction closings with senior underwriters and originators.Essential Job Functions:Perform analysis of commercial real estate properties and the markets they are locatedCredit underwriting for CMBS and balance sheet facilitiesAssist in preparing transaction presentations for senior managementHelp facilitate and manage loan closingsOrigination pipeline administrationQualifications/Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Commercial Real Estate8+ years of experience in commercial real estate, mortgage brokerage, corporate finance, commercial or investment banking or related fieldStrong financial modeling skills specifically with Microsoft Excel. Argus a plusStrong business writing acumen with experience in creating sales or credit presentationsAble to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires executive thinking and problem solvingMust be collaborative and comfortable communicating in a team-oriented environmentHighly motivated and able work independentlyNote: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
