Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant at Winston Psychiatry located in Dunwoody, GA. The role offers flexibility for some remote work. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric care to patients, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and prescribing medications. You will also play a crucial role in developing treatment plans and providing ongoing support to patients.


Qualifications

  • Active license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant
  • Experience in psychiatric care and mental health evaluation
  • Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications and their appropriate usage
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care


**Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed during hiring process.
